Use a support ticket to ask a question or report a problem with Revyo Collect. You can read knowledge articles without signing in. You must sign in to submit a ticket or read replies.
Submit a ticket
- Open Support and sign in with your Revyo Collect account.
- If prompted, select your Organization.
- Under Submit a ticket, enter a short Subject.
- Choose Your priority: Low, Normal, High, or Urgent.
- In Message, describe what happened, what you expected, and the steps that caused the issue.
- Select Submit ticket.
Include the page name and any error text that helps the team identify the problem. Do not include passwords or payment card details.
Issue priority and support level
Your priority tells the support team how important the issue is to your work. It is separate from the support level included in your Organization's Plan.
Growth and Enterprise include Priority Support. Other Plans include Standard Support. Your current Plan determines the support level for your tickets.
Read and reply
- Return to Support.
- Find the ticket under My tickets and select its subject.
- Read the conversation.
- Enter a message under Your reply and select Send reply.
A reply from the support team sets the ticket to Waiting for User. Your reply sets it to Open, including when the ticket was resolved. Read replies in the support portal.
Who can see your tickets
You can see your own tickets. Another member of your Organization cannot read them just because they are an Organization Owner or Organization Admin. Authorized Revyo support staff can read and respond to tickets.
If billing is locked
A billing lock does not stop an active Organization member from requesting support. A closed Organization cannot submit new tickets or reply.
