Revyo Collect

Team and access

Invite a team member and choose their access

Invite a User to your Organization, select their role and access scope, and check acceptance or resend the invitation.

Invite someone to Revyo Collect with the permissions they need for their work. Choose both a role and where that role applies.

Before you start

You must be an Organization Owner or Organization Admin. Your Organization needs active or trial billing and an available User seat. Pending and failed invitations reserve seats, so check the reservations shown on the Members page.

Send an invitation

  1. Open Settings → Members, or the Members page.
  2. Select Invite member.
  3. Enter the person's Email address. Enter a Name if needed; it is optional.
  4. Choose a role under Permissions.
  5. Choose an Access scope. For a Business Group or Business Unit scope, select the specific Group or Unit as well.
  6. Check the email, role, and scope, then select Send invitation.
  7. Ask the person to accept the invitation with the exact email address you invited and open the Dashboard.

Their permissions take effect after acceptance. Sending the invitation does not give them collection access immediately.

Choose a role and scope

The form offers these roles:

  • Collector: work Receivable Accounts, send Customer Messages, and record Promises and Disputes in the selected scope.
  • Collections Manager: direct collection work and publish Workflows, Policies, and Templates in the selected scope.
  • Finance: read receivables and create, run, and download Reports in the selected scope. Collection work stays read-only.
  • Organization Admin: manage members, permissions, Ledger connections, and Email Identities across the Organization. Billing and ownership stay with the Organization Owner.

For scoped roles, Entire Organization covers all current and future Groups and Units. A Business Group scope covers its current and future Units. A Business Unit scope covers only the selected Unit. Archived Units cannot receive new permissions.

Organization Admin access always applies to the entire Organization. A User can hold more than one role. For example, a Collections Manager who also needs to send Messages can be given Collector access in the required scope.

Check acceptance or resend

Look under Invitations on the Members page. Select Refresh members to check for accepted invitations.

Use Resend invitation for a pending or expired invitation. If sending failed, read the error and use Retry invitation. If acceptance does not grant access, check the invited email address and whether the selected Business Unit is still active.

For someone already listed under Current members, use Member actions → Add permissions to add a role or scope. Change permissions replaces their current permissions, so review the existing access before using it.
