Connect QuickBooks Online to bring accounting records into Revyo Collect. Each Business Unit can have one active Ledger Connection.
Before you start
- You must be an Organization Owner or Organization Admin in Revyo Collect.
- Create the Business Unit that will own the imported Customers and receivables.
- Have access to the QuickBooks Online company you want to connect.
Make sure you choose the correct Business Unit and QuickBooks company. They determine which accounting records the connection uses.
Connect the company
- Sign in and open Setup.
- Open the Accounting step and select QuickBooks Online.
- Find the Business Unit you want to connect.
- Select Connect QuickBooks Online.
- Complete the QuickBooks authorization screens and select the company you want to connect.
- Return to Revyo Collect and check the connection shown for that Business Unit.
Read the connection status
Connecting… means the connection is still being checked. Wait for verification before you rely on the imported records.
Connected to shows the QuickBooks company name. Check that this is the company you intended to connect.
If the connection needs attention, Setup shows an error. Read the error and select Retry connection if you need to repeat authorization.
If a Ledger is already connected
A Business Unit cannot use two active Ledgers at the same time. Changing its Ledger source requires a Ledger Replacement Review. Do not try to add a second connection. If Setup does not offer a replacement path, contact support before changing the connection.
Get help with a connection
If the connection does not finish, submit a support ticket. Include the Business Unit name, the QuickBooks company name, the status shown in Revyo, and the error message. Do not include passwords or authorization codes.
